I am a San Luis Obispo based psychotherapist offering quality long-term psychoanalytic/psychodynamic psychotherapy for individuals and families. I provide services via teletherapy for people all over California.
Together, we will foster a space of curiosity and exploration to help make sense of your inner world. We will explore whatever is relevant for you and your current situation. This can include complicated feelings about your human experience. Our work is to acknowledge and alleviate psychic pain by coming to know yourself more fully and connect with others more deeply.

Experiencing the magic of our own humanity means that sometimes we find ourselves facing suffering and sorrow. I am here for all of it and honored by your interest in sharing it with me. My hope in this work is that we can look carefully at the nature of your core emotional conflicts while keeping an eye toward building your capacity to face life’s difficulties without being overtaken by them. In doing this, you can come to experience fulfillment and joys that would’ve otherwise remained inaccessible.
